  • Independently conceived, designed, and shipped a production multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for therapists, covering scheduling, telehealth video, invoicing and billing, and a client portal. Live at willow.sulosystems.com.
  • Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase (Postgres, authentication, file storage, Edge Functions), with row-level-security multi-tenancy and multi-factor authentication.
  • Built directly on Stripe: subscription billing for platform revenue and Stripe Connect so practices are paid directly by their clients.
  • Integrated Daily.co telehealth video and Resend transactional and inbound email into one product experience.
  • Wrote automated end-to-end tests with Playwright and deploy through Vercel with GitHub-triggered deployments.
  • Lead Integrated Resiliency Testing for a national real-time payments platform, validating system behaviour under failure and recovery conditions, including disaster recovery failover, cross-data-center resiliency, and automated and manual recovery.
  • Created the test scenarios and test cases covering real-time payment processing flows, recovery handling, and cross-data-center resiliency (256 test cases, 98.8% pass rate across multiple testing cycles).
  • Own end-to-end test planning, scheduling, and cycle management across multiple testing cycles and platform-change re-runs.
  • Manage the testing team and lead daily defect triage that tracks and drives resolution of issues and reliability weaknesses.
  • Primary point of contact between the testing team and client stakeholders; write summary reports after each cycle and present results and outstanding defects to support release-readiness and go/no-go decisions.
  • Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to validate platform changes before rollout, and investigate failures through logs, data, and system behaviour to find root causes.
